Powerful emotions can be your worst enemy, but handled consciously they can be your greatest ally in creating action or motion. Emotion creates motion and the strongest emotional energy leads the way, just like the ‘Alpha Stallion’ leads a herd of horses, because he is the strongest energy.

Imagine your own emotions as a team of wild horses attached to your carriage. If they all pull separately, they will try to pull you in all different directions at once and you will end up going nowhere fast. Probably the most fearful stallion will run towards whatever feels safest. We all know how it feels to stay in our comfort zone.

However, if and when you can mindfully direct your thoughts towards your goal confidently as the lead stallion leading the herd, you will move quickly towards that goal.

How can I control my emotions?

Please practice the This n That technique from module 4 part 1 to assist you in taking control of your attention and focus on your goal as you draw your mandala. This practice will supercharge your ability to stay foccussed.

During the practice use the first and every other minute to plan how you could achieve your goal. Use the second and every other minute to ENVISION WHAT IT WOULD FEEL LIKE TO HAVE ALREADY ACHIEVED YOUR GOAL


The strongest emotion wins

Call on memories of any excitement you have felt in the past, when you received something you wanted, or something just fell into place easily.
Use these feelings along side goal-directed self-talk to increase your confidence and ability to attract all you need.

Focus on your reason to do it, tell yourself the reason out loud.
Manage your thoughts and tell yourself you are worthy. Even if your head doesn’t believe what you say, your body will hear it and cause an emotional response.

Focus that energy, and use it as an emotional supercharge. Emotions create energy and energy manifests goals. Our emotions are strongest when we are clear about our identity.

So, who are you really?

I am creating a human experience

Speaking to the question who are you really?

Please say out loud the, ‘I am creating a human experience’ mantra for a month. Repeat 6 times putting emphasis on the first word the first time, the second word on the second repeat and so on in turn, until you have said it 6 times. Listen to the audio; It takes less than a minute a day. After a month, acknowledge how your thinking changes and make a note in your notebook.

As you become more confident with the mantra, you may like to begin chanting it and elongating the key words as done in the audio. Repeat the mantra each day along with the audio and learn to chant it by yourself. It will effectively change your energy into a powerful creative force. It will help you remember your authentic identity and answer the question “ Who am I really?”

In ancient Ayurvedic wisdom they say

“Do something every day for a month and watch the effect it has on you.”

It changes our identity from victim to creator, from waiting for things to change, to being the creator who changes things!
